Protocol for requests from NC Knows

Hello

Ms. Wilson brought to my attention email requests that we are receiving from patrons using NC Knows, the 24/7 "Ask-a-Librarian" service to our reference desk email. Has a protocol been established to handle these?

I had some ideas in mind that I shared with Ms. Wilson, but if there was something previously in place, then there is no need to re-invent the wheel.
