Great news--books contributed by NC LIVE member libraries are beginning to appear in Open Library!

Take a look at this Open Library list of the eBooks contributed by NC LIVE libraries. The list will be updated as more eBooks are created.

The Internet Archive is working to scan all of the nearly 1,000 books already contributed by North Carolina Libraries. So far nearly 400 have been converted to eBooks and made available to Open Library Lending Program patrons.

Mergent Intellect Technical Issues

The Mergent Intellect product is experiencing intermittent technical issues as developers work to improve the database. Users have reported that when entering a search, the database hangs with a message that says, "We are processing your request. Please wait..." The providers of the Intellect database are aware of this issue and working to correct it. We'll continue to provide more information as we have it. We apologize for any inconvenience.
