Anatomy & Physiology Online

We are currently running a trial of Anatomy & Physiology Online.  This resource contains modules with 3D images and interactive models, narrated animations and illustrations, dissection slides, clinical case studies, the impact of aging on each body systems, pronunciation guide, quizzes and more.

Improved Search Experience Coming to nclive.org

NC LIVE is excited to announce that enhanced search functionality will soon be available on nclive.org. Beginning Tuesday, July 23rd, all nclive.org search boxes will be powered by EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS). Implementing a discovery service means that user searches will complete more quickly, and more NC LIVE content will be displayed in the search results.  Please read, for more information about this change.

Resource Update: Ebsco

As part of continued efforts to constantly improve their search experience, EBSCO is releasing several updates and enhancements, including:

• Improvements to the overall look of the Search, Search Results, and Detailed Record pages within EBSCOhost, providing a more visually appealing interface to end users.
• The feature previously labeled Alert/Save/Share is now labeled Share. All of the existing functionality of this feature remains the same. This change is one of several small updates that further optimizes their interface for language translation.
• Visual Search will be discontinued in all EBSCO databases and interfaces.  This change enables them to focus on additional enhancements and improvements to many of the popular features.
